- Location
- With its chateau (in the same family for 6 centuries), its church with its elegant steeple, beautiful houses and parks, Rully (pronounced Ruilly) is a village with a very long history. The dukes of Burgundy are part of the history of these vineyards in the Côte Chalonnaise. The Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée was established in 1939. Rully produces both white (Chardonnay) and red (Pinot Noir) as Village and Premier Cru wines. It is also one of the most important places for the production of Crémant de Bourgogne, and has been since the beginning of the 19th century.

- CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINE
- Golden with green highlights, becoming a deeper buttercup yellow with age, it distinguishes itself with aromas of "hedgerow flowers" such as acacia, hawthorn, honeysuckle, very fine elderberry, or violet, lemon, white peach or flint. With time, it develops notes of honey, quince, dried fruits. To the palate, it is fruity, a lively, rounded, rich and lingering fruitiness: all the freshness and smoothness of marble.
